Surface preparation
Before painting metal structures, we clean and scuff the surface by shot-blasting in order to achieve optimum adhesion of the coating. We check the surface roughness using a MITUTOYO SJ-210 gauge. We have our own blast room with working dimensions of 15 × 5 × 5 m, the maximum workpiece weight is 40 t. Through the use of modern equipment, the abrasive material can be reused after cleaning, which reduces the service cost.
Corrosion protection
We offer corrosion protection in any RAL and NCS colour, according to customer specifications. We are happy to support you in selecting the right paint coating, taking into account the conditions of use as well as the minimum lifespan or protection system.
We work with products from leading anticorrosive paint manufacturers including Hempel, PPG/Sigma Monopaint Jotun, and Tenkos.
